VILLAGE OF ROSCOMMON
January 18, 2010 Special Council Meeting
The January 18, 2010 Special Meeting of the Village Council was called to order at 7:00 PM by President Jesse Carlson. Members of the Council present were Mike Butler, Joan Murphy, Jerry Cousineau, Bev Luther, Jesse Carlson and Steve Morris. Absent: Dawn Dodge. Also present: June Karjalainen, John Rosczyk, Tom Gromek and Kathy Murphy. The Pledge of Allegiance was recited and an Invocation given by Trustee Morris.
The purpose of the Special Meeting was to consider a revised resolution and agreement for the District Library.
Moved by Butler, seconded by Murphy, to rescind Resolution # 2009-09 adopted at the November 23, 2009 Council Meeting. Ayes: Butler, Morris, Carlson, Murphy, Cousineau and Luther. Nays: None. The motion carried.
Moved by Butler, seconded by Cousineau, to adopt Resolution # 2010-01 approving the District Library Agreement. Ayes: Butler, Carlson, Morris, Cousineau, Luther and Murphy. Nays: None. The motion carried.
Moved by Butler, seconded by Murphy, to adjourn the meeting at 7:18PM. Hearing no objections, the motion carried.
