Trash Bin Ordinance No. 64
AN ORDINANCE TO REGULATE THE CURBSIDE LOCATIONS OF TRASH BINS AND CONTAINERS WITHIN THE MUNICIPAL CORPORATION LIMITS OF THE VILLAGE OF ROSCOMMON
THE VILLAGE OF ROSCOMMON ORDAINS:
All trash bins and or trash containers are designated accessory uses to the principal uses permitted on each lot or parcel in each respective zoning district, and are governed by the same requirement as many other accessory use permitted in each zoning district as defined by Zoning ordinance #29 of the Village of Roscommon. They may be located in a side or rear yard but not in a front yard. They may be left out at the roadside for trash pickup for twenty-four (24) hours only.
